Nutrients found in long bean include vitamin A, B1, B2, C, folate, vitamin K, and minerals like iron and magnesium. All these are very beneficial to the healthy development of the baby: it helps to prevent ear infection, asthma, heart disease, and even cold and flu.


It should be noted that raw long bean should be avoided.
